Her support is available at Sunshine Pediatrics, Heart 2 Heart Birth Center or in your home. Services range from position and latch issue resolution, gaining confidence, supply increase, pumping concerns and efficacy, prenatal breastfeeding orientation, and helping you navigate your new breastfeeding relationship.

I'm a local home birth midwife and have breastfed my first 5 babies for 2 years each. I never thought I’d have trouble breastfeeding #6 but he was born with a very tight frenulum under his tongue that restricted his ability to nurse efficiently. This caused a lot of pain with his latch and slow weight gain for him. Brooke was very thorough in her assessment and reassuring with her plan of action. He’s now had a “tongue tie revision” or frenectomy that has enabled him to latch more comfortably and transfer milk more efficiently.
